We own a farm upstate with a cottage on the 70 acres that is an oasis for our family and twins. sadly, we are on the west coast this year and cannot use it. we are renting it out at very reasonable rates for weeks or weekends. and best of all, it is loaded and ready for twins. ours are 5 yrs old, and there are toys aplenty. there is fishing and swimming in the ponds on the property, apple picking, great walks. and the property is close to cooperstown for the baseball hall of fame. we are surrounded by state land, and foliage is amazing.....
